1. INTRODUCTION Gender difference is an important issue. Gender is defined as a "classification of sex" (Al-Lamky, Aysa. 2007, pp.49) and as "the behavioral, cultural, or psychological traits typically associated with one sex" (Neal, Mark, Jim Finlay, Richard Tansey, 2005, pp.478). Gender has always been an issue of debate when it came to differences between men and women in all aspects of life. Each is purported to have different thinking, attitudes, reactions, behaviors, physical (Biagi, S. 2005) and biological characteristics that make each gender perceived in a distinctive way. With all these differences, both inherent and/or learned, the workplace is definitely affected by the idea of gender.
